Learning Objectives:
By watching the following video of approximately three minute’s duration, you will explore the different types of research methods, including qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research. You will be able to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each method, as well as the types of research questions that are best suited for each approach.
We invite you to read Chapter 1 of the book “Applied Research: A Practical Guide” (specifically pages 1-19), which tells in detail about how to start preparing for the design of an applied research and practical advice on each of the stages while design developing.
