PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION AND DEFINITION IN THE FIELD OF VET
Purpose:
Problem identification and definition in the field of vet competence is about understanding well the inquiry of the company or the society (social innovation), translating it into research, and evaluating it by taking into consideration existing resources and possible results. It also assumes the development specification documents for the inquiry.
