The NEARVET Digital Hub offers a framework for practitioners involved in progressing applied research in VET to access opportunities, to exchange and cooperate on applied research project ideas, partners search, knowledge exchange and innovation transfer.
The Digital Hub includes:
Digital and interactive learning material and resources, including through a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) addressing the required skills based on the NEARVET Blueprint.
Peer learning, exchange and capacity building actions with and for VET trainers, teachers, intermediaries, managers, brokers, and their peer in the private sector, company representations, universities and research institutes. They will be the members of the NEARVET Digital Community of Practice.
Open Applied Research Resources Space of the digital hub where relevant news, updates and scientific production can be shared with and by our NEARVET community.

Managing Director
Elena holds a Msc in political science and European law. She has a long professional experience on program and project development in the fields of VET, social inclusion, and labour market policies, particularly with vulnerable groups. Has worked as a project manager, evaluator, and content expert for public and private agencies, being responsible for small and large teams of experts/project staff with field experience in the EU28, Middle East, Asia, Subsaharan Africa, Caribbean, and Eastern and candidate countries. She’s director of MetropolisNet since 2023.
